Position: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – MEP Planning

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

CTC: ₹7–8 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning & Execution professional to manage planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of MEP works for high-rise residential projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor MEP project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.Develop WBS, WPS, project milestones, and Master Project Delivery Schedule (MPDS).Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architectural, Procurement, QS, and Site teams.Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and specifications before execution.Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.Ensure timely procurement of MEP materials and equipment.Monitor quality, safety,



and compliance with project specifications.Conduct site inspections and supervise MEP execution.Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR) and MIS reports.Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.Support manpower planning, resource allocation, and value engineering initiatives.Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of MEP systems in high-rise residential projects.Expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, WBS, WPS, and MPDS.Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Mechanical systems.Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and AutoCAD.Positive understanding of QA/QC standards, project documentation, and construction sequencing.Preferred Experience

5–7 years of experience in High-Rise Residential Construction (Mandatory).Hands-on experience in Mivan Construction Technology is mandatory.Experience with reputed residential real estate developers is preferred.
