Job Summary

We are a stealth-mode, well-funded D2C consumer venture launching a revolutionary fresh-food supply chain model in Mumbai. We are looking for an ambitious, field-driven City Operations & Vendor Onboarding Lead to build and manage our localized partner network from scratch. You will be the engine on the ground—identifying, onboarding, and managing city-wide processing partners while ensuring SLA-driven hyperlocal fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Scouting & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, negotiate with, and onboard local processing partners and dark store hubs across key Mumbai catchments (e.g., Andheri, Powai, Bandra).

Infrastructure Setup: Coordinate the installation of standardized processing equipment, weighing systems, and brand packaging at partner locations.

Field Operations & Training: Train processing partners on strict Quality SOPs, hygiene protocols, and order-management software.





Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee raw commodity dispatches to partner units to maintain zero stock-outs.

Hyperlocal SLA Management: Partner with 3PL hyperlocal platforms (Shadowfax, Porter, Dunzo) to ensure orders are processed and handed over to riders within tight fulfillment windows.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of field operations, vendor onboarding, or dark store management in quick-commerce or hyperlocal delivery platforms (Ex-Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Dunzo, Porter, Shadowfax).

Language Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (essential for field vendor relationships).

Field Mindset: 80% time spent on the ground visiting partner units across Mumbai. Valid driving license and two-wheeler required.
