Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Specialist to provide local support in India for all Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities related to ENGINE operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely and compliant execution of procurement and contracting processes while working closely with the SCM Global Shared Services (GSS) team. If you have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and end-to-end procurement processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Company Policies In All Support Operations And Project Execution Tasks.
2. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts By Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues.
3. Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training Recent Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Overall Team Performance.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed SLAs By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Maintain A Strong Security Posture.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Achieve High CSAT Scores By Ensuring First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, Reducing Case Reopenings, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements




7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and contract management for large corporations (not limited to service industries). Proven ability in contract formulation, negotiation, and supplier management. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
