SEMICONDUCTOR ASSEMBLER-WT 晶圓測試廠生產線組長

Skills: 管理產線作業員, 人員工作安排與調配, 傾聽並協調解決產線所反應的問題, 安排產線作業員訓練及培養, 生產區域確認回報, 排程確認與跟催, 產線eNC調查與異常處理, 廠內SGA 品質活動領導與改善推動, 基礎英語溝通能力

Duties and Responsibilities
1. 管理產線作業員,人員工作安排與調配
2. 傾聽並協調解決產線所反應的問題
3. 安排產線作業員/Big sister訓練及培養
4. 生產區域確認回報，排程確認與跟催，產線eNC調查與異常處理
5. 廠內SGA 品質活動領導與改善推動
6. 可配合四班二輪固定早班出勤 (07:15-19:15，做二休二)
7. 同時管理外籍移工出勤與訓練，需具備基礎英語溝通能力
