JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities for an office space:

- Develop detailed design plans for HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electrical power distribution, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection systems.

- Calculate load requirements for heating, cooling, and electrical power based on office space layout and usage patterns.

- Select appropriate equipment and materials considering energy efficiency, cost, and maintenance needs.

- Work closely with Site team to integrate MEP systems seamlessly within the building design.

- Coordinate with contractors during construction to ensure proper installation and adherence to design specifications.

- Prepare detailed MEP drawings, SLD, specifications, and project documentation.

- Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and project progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
