Roles:

- Programming and operating the SMT machines i.e Reflow, Pick and place, AOI, SPI etc.
- Achieving the target as per the production schedule.
- Loading and unloading components, feeders, and other materials required for the SMT process.
- Performing visual inspections conducting other quality checks to ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving minor technical problems with the SMT equipment and processes.
- Collaborating with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in SMT Operations.
- Knowledge to program and operate Pick and Place, Reflow, AOI, printer.
- Ability to handle and train operators.
- Willingness to work at least for 2 years.

Job Types:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
