About the Role:

Curis Life is a growing multi-specialty healthcare clinic in Andheri West, Mumbai, looking for a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our team. We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent clinical skills, a patient-first approach, and experience in providing comprehensive dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including dental fillings, tooth extractions, scaling & polishing, root canal treatments (RCT), crowns & bridges, dentures, and preventive dental care.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health.
- Perform cosmetic and restorative dental procedures where applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Follow infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety protocols.
- Collaborate with specialists for advanced dental treatments when required.
- Deliver a high standard of patient care and ensure an excellent patient experience.

Required Skills:





- BDS (Mandatory); MDS is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
- Experience in General Dentistry, Preventive Dentistry, and Restorative Dentistry.
- Proficiency in RCT, tooth extractions, scaling, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and emergency dental care.
- Excellent communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to explain treatment options and build patient trust.
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Basic computer skills and experience using Dental/Hospital Management Software.

Preferred:

- Experience in cosmetic dentistry, smile designing, veneers, aligners, implants, or laser dentistry.
- Experience working in a multi-specialty clinic or dental hospital.
- Registration with the Maharashtra State Dental Council (valid registration).

Compensation:

Salary/Revenue Sharing: Negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and employment type (Full-Time or Part-Time).
