Designation: Dy. Shift In charge

Qualification- Diploma / BE / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical

- Operate production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supervise and manage all production activities during the shift.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure all machines operate on specified centerline parameters.
- Handle and resolve line issues, breakdown coordination, and production-related challenges.
- Ensure availability and verification of raw materials before production starts.
- Coordinate with QA team for quality checks and timely release of finished goods (FG).
- Coordinate with Warehouse team for smooth movement and dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with required quality standards.
- Verify and maintain all production records, shift reports, and documentation on time.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, downtime, and take corrective actions.




- Coordinate with Maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Train and guide operators and team members for process improvement and operational discipline.
- Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, housekeeping, and company policies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce losses.
- Machine operation and troubleshooting knowledge
- Knowledge of quality systems and production documentation
- Production planning and shift management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
- Good understanding of shop floor safety and quality practices
- Preferred Industry: Hygiene products manufacturing & Sanitary napkin/diaper production.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (12 hrs shift).

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹620,000.00 per year
