Position: Tender Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 years (minimum)
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in manpower tendering will be preferred.

Position Summary

Responsible for identifying, preparing, coordinating, costing, submitting, and managing government and public-sector tenders while ensuring compliance with all eligibility and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Search and monitor tender opportunities on GeM, CPP Portal, State Government Portals and other procurement platforms.

· Prepare complete bid documentation, technical and financial proposals.

· Handle tender estimation, costing, pricing and commercial analysis.

· Review eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, compliance documents and statutory requirements.

· Coordinate with internal departments to collect supporting documents.

· Prepare BOQs, bid checklists and tender submission schedules.

· Upload and submit bids within timelines through e-procurement portals.





· Maintain tender MIS, records and document repository.

· Respond to bid clarifications and post-bid queries.

· Track tender status until award and coordinate contract execution.

Required Skills

· Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal and State e-Tender Portals.

· Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bid preparation.

· Experience in tender estimation and costing.

· Excellent MS Excel, Word and documentation skills.

· Solid analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.

· Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Eligibility

· Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university.

· Minimum 3–4 years of relevant tender management experience.

· Experience in manpower industry tenders will be given preference.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Number of quality tenders identified and submitted.

· On-time submission rate.

· Bid success/win ratio.

· Accuracy of costing and documentation.

· Zero compliance-related rejections.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
