Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Personal Loan Renewals (Tamil Voice Process)

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and communicative Customer Support Executive to join our Personal Loan Renewals team in Chennai. If you have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and possess excellent fluency in Tamil, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound & Inbound Support: Handle calls with existing customers to discuss personal loan renewals, top-up loan eligibility, and refinancing options.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong rapport with customers using clear and professional Tamil communication, ensuring they fully understand the renewal process.
- Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, clarify doubts regarding interest rates and EMIs, and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Follow-up: Guide customers through the documentation required for loan renewal and follow up efficiently to close the process.
- Data Management: Accurately log all call details, customer feedback, and application statuses into the CRM system.




- Target Achievement: Work consistently to meet daily and weekly engagement and renewal targets set by the management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Support. Prior experience in personal loans, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in Tamil (verbal). Basic proficiency in English is required for system navigation and data entry.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / PUC, or Any Graduate.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and standard CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, polite and professional telephone etiquette, and solid convincing skills.
