About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across different departments. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operational activities and internal coordination
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow execution
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work
- Support in client coordination and follow-ups when required
- Handle data management and maintain accurate reports
- Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Provide administrative and backend support to the operations team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree pursuing/completed (Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
