Job Summary
Discreet Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand the channel partner network, and develop current business opportunities for our digital security and smart home automation solutions in the Pune region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Builders, Interior Designers, and End Users.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with Marketing,
Technical Support, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phones, or Smart Home Automation.
Experience in channel sales and dealer management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the Pune and Maharashtra market.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
