Employment Requirements – Site Supervisor (Civil)

1. Education & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- ITI Civil candidates with strong experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, site execution standards, and measurement techniques.

2. Experience

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil site supervision.
- Hands-on experience in building projects, industrial construction, roads, or related civil works.
- Experience in managing labor, contractors, and daily site activities.

3. Technical Skills

- Ability to read and interpret structural & architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of concrete work, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, plastering, finishing, and site QA/QC.
- Understanding of safety standards and site compliance.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, measurement sheets, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and BOQ concepts.

4. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day civil activities at the site.
- Ensure work execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain site records,



material consumption sheets, and DPR.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

5. Personal Attributes

- Strong leadership and team-handling ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work on-site full time.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

6. Additional Requirements

- Two professional references (mandatory).
- Ability to travel to multiple sites if required.
- Must possess a smartphone and basic technical literacy for reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
