Required Qualifications
- Skilled and concise communication, both verbal and written
- Windows Server administration, configuration, and management
- PowerShell knowledge for modifying and updating scripts
- Windows Cluster management
- Ability to do Root Cause Analysis on Windows Servers
- Windows NT Share configuration and modification
- Active Directory modifications
- Ability to be proactive and speak up when you see an issue
- Monitor Ticket, Chat, and Email queue to acknowledge cases within SLA requirements
- Attention to detail
- Basic networking knowledge

- Experience working on an international team
- Exchange support and management
- Avamar working knowledge
- VMware experience
- WinSCP knowledge for FTP
- DataDog and SNMP tools
- Splunk usage to pull relevant events
