Position Overview
We are looking for a energetic individual to join our team as an HR & Backend Executive. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment, can manage HR responsibilities, and is willing to support backend operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Functions
- Handle recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding staff.
- Maintain employee records and attendance.
- Support training and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting HR policies suitable for a growing café chain.
- Backend Operations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory records and assist in procurement.
- Support billing and POS operations when required.
- Handle documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
