About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Administrator / Desktop Support Executive to join our growing logistics company. The ideal candidate will provide end-user technical support, maintain the company's IT infrastructure, and support our in-house logistics software across multiple branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and business applications.
- Support users on the company's in-house logistics software and resolve application-related issues.
- Coordinate with the software development team for issue resolution and software enhancements.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to branch offices whenever required.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network devices.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and email configurations.
- Install software updates, antivirus, and security patches.
- Maintain IT asset records and support documentation.




- Perform regular system backups and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Train employees on software usage and basic IT best practices.
- Work closely with Branch Managers to resolve IT-related operational issues and ensure smooth business operations.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Administration. Freshers with robust technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, networking, printers, and remote support tools.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to branch offices when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain industry is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or logistics software is preferred.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
