About Us
Vimalam Overseas Private Limited is a fast-growing company engaged in the import and distribution of premium raw materials for the cosmetics, personal care, nutraceutical, and health supplement industries across India.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive to join our growing team and help us build a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
* Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
* Assist in employee onboarding and induction programs.
* Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
* Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work setting.
* Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* MBA (HR) is an advantage.
* 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
