Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Placement Officer to build corporate partnerships, generate placement opportunities, and support students in securing employment. The ideal candidate should have strong networking, recruitment, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and hiring managers.
- Generate placement opportunities and coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and hiring events.
- Match student profiles with suitable job openings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Follow up with employers for interview feedback, offers, and joining updates.
- Track placements, maintain MIS reports, and update student and employer databases.
- Organize employer engagement activities such as guest lectures, webinars, and industry visits.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure students are placement-ready.
- Achieve monthly placement targets.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in placement, recruitment, staffing, or corporate relations.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment processes and MS Excel/Google Workspace.

Preferred Industry

Training Institutes, IT Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, EdTech, Skill Development, Campus Placements, or Corporate HR.
