Job Description

We are hiring an Online Sales Executive for a leading hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing online bookings, managing OTA platforms, handling booking inquiries, and maximizing revenue through digital sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online bookings through hotel websites and OTA platforms (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Airbnb, etc.).
- Optimize room inventory, pricing, and availability across all online channels.
- Handle customer inquiries received via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with the reservations and front office teams for seamless booking management.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Execute promotional offers and campaigns to increase direct bookings.
- Maintain OTA listings, photos, descriptions, and guest reviews.
- Build relationships with travel partners and online booking platforms.




- Achieve monthly online sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, online sales, OTA management, or hospitality sales.
- Experience with hotel booking platforms and channel managers is preferred.
