Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to improve organic search rankings, drive qualified traffic, and support lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our SaaS offerings and target audience. Develop and implement keyword strategies to guide content creation and optimization.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures to enhance search engine visibility and user experience.
- Technical SEO: Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and schema markup to improve website performance and search engine rankings.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO, aligns with user intent, and supports the overall content strategy.
- Link Building: Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable sources, enhancing domain authority and search engine rankings.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to monitor website performance, track keyword rankings,



and analyze organic traffic trends. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities, benchmark performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure that Orangesrum's SEO strategies remain effective and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS marketing or working with subscription-based business models.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant SEO platforms.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
