Key Responsibilities:
Conducts detailed change impact analysis
• Documents current state vs future state changes
• Supports change impact workshops and validation sessions
• Analyses stakeholder and cohort impacts
• Maintains and updates Change Impact Assessments (CIA)
• Provides analytical input into change planning
• Tracks change readiness and adoption indicators
• Supports governance and decision making forums
• Works closely with the Change Manager and Change/EX stream
