As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development using agile methodologies are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions meet evolving business requirements effectively and efficiently.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to optimize software development processes.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.




• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
• Strong knowledge of data migration strategies and tools within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Experience in designing and executing data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to master data across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support continuous delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
