Job Summary
Role Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Security Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC Security and SAP Fiori Security. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP security solutions while leading security initiatives and supporting audits, compliance, and risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end SAP Security design, implementation, and support activities.
Manage SAP ECC Security including:
• User administration
• Role design and build (Single, Composite, Derived roles)
• Authorization concepts and troubleshooting
Configure and manage SAP Fiori Security, including:
• Fiori catalogs, groups, and tiles
• OData service authorizations
• Fiori launchpad role mappings
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements.
Support SAP GRC Access Control (if applicable) including risk analysis and remediation.




Perform SAP security audits and ensure compliance with internal and external controls.
Handle transport management related to security roles.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SAP Security consultants.
Support user issues, UAT, and production incidents related to security.

Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security.
• Robust hands‑on experience in SAP ECC Security.
• Proven experience in SAP Fiori Security configuration and troubleshooting.
• In‑depth knowledge of SAP authorization objects, SU24, PFCG, SU01, SM20.
• Experience working in large, complex SAP landscapes.
• Strong understanding of segregation of duties (SoD) concepts.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams or acting as a security lead.

Other Requirements
Good to Have:
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security
• Knowledge of audit tools and compliance frameworks
• SAP Security certification(s)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
