Job Summary
Role Objective
Take full accountability for the operational health of high-priority projects. Focus is on managing project pool hours, ensuring timeline adherence, and maintaining administrative excellence through rigorous timesheet governance and resource availability.

Key Responsibilities
Project Governance: Oversee end-to-end lifecycles of concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope and schedule.
• Hours & Utilization: Manage "pool hours" burn rates and optimize utilization against milestones.
• Operational Compliance: Drive timely timesheet submissions to ensure project funding and resource continuity.
• Executive Reporting: Develop high-level dashboards, strategic roadmaps, and status reports for leadership.
• Platform Excellence: Use ServiceNow for project tracking, ticket management, and performance analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• ServiceNow: Hands-on experience with project tables, reporting, and data structures.
• Advanced MS Office:
• Excel: Data analysis, pivot tables, and budget/hour tracking.
• PowerPoint: Creating "executive-ready" presentations for strategic innovation.
• Soft Skills:



Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Availability: Must be open to working Central Time Zone (CST) business hours.
