Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing operational management with a solid emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. This position is essential for ensuring that the support team meets client SLAs while fostering an empowered and effective team environment through strategic people management. Minimum 5+ years overall software development experience with strong proficiency in GoLang, Python, and React (minimum 3 years each), plus SQL proficiency and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives.

Proven experience in developing automation solutions (preferably Network automation) and modern frontend development with CSS customization.

Experience with or willingness to quickly learn OpenShift Container Platform architecture, application deployment, resource management, and basic CI/CD pipelines.

Experience in developing and managing APIs, with basic Linux/Unix familiarity for legacy application support, and basic Perl knowledge for legacy migrations to GoLang.
