Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through effective identity management and CyberArk PAM solutions. This position emphasizes continuous improvement, problem-solving, and meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while empowering teams through strong leadership and communication. The Track Lead will drive innovation and ensure the support team consistently meets and exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead And Optimize Identity Management Operations Using Cyberark Pam Tools, Ensuring Seamless Integration And Functionality Of Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm To Enhance Operational Reporting And Streamline Processes.
2.



Collaborate With Clients To Thoroughly Understand Their Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Delivers Solutions That Consistently Meet Or Exceed Client Expectations.
3. Mentor And Guide Project Teams On Best Practices In Identity Management, Fostering Open Communication Regarding Project Goals And Progress.
4. Drive Innovation In Operational Processes By Identifying And Implementing Current Ideas That Enhance Efficiency And Contribute To Organizational Growth.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Leveraging Cyberark Pam Technologies To Address Customer Needs Effectively, Ensuring Alignment With Business Objectives And Delivering Measurable Results.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient In Identity Management Principles And Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, Psm).
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Experience In Operational Management.
3. Excellent Communication And Team Leadership Abilities.
4. In-Depth Understanding Of Client Management And Sla Adherence.
5. Ability To Drive Process Innovation And Improvement.

Other Requirements
1. Cyberark Certified Administrator (Optional But Valuable).
2. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
