Responsibility:-

- Student Support & Onboarding: Guiding new enrollees, handling orientations, and ensuring a seamless transition into courses or programs.
- Administrative Coordination: Scheduling classes, tracking attendance, and managing student records in institutional databases or CRM software.
- Liaison & Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for learners regarding academic queries, technical issues, or scheduling conflicts.
- Event & Activity Management: Assisting with the organization of webinars, examinations, workshops, and orientation programs.

Essential Skills:-

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and data management abilities (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or LMS platforms).
- Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills for handling student concerns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
