Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales and be confident in handling outbound sales calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Explain the Company's digital marketing and IT services to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Update lead status and sales activities in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (Bengali will be an added advantage).
- Experience in outbound telecalling and lead generation.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated,



and result-oriented.

Job Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary

- ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
- Attractive performance incentives.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing Agencies, IT Companies, Software Companies, SaaS, Web Development, SEO, PPC, Website Sales, or Online Marketing Services will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near South Kolkata will be preferred for easy commuting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
