Direct Patient Care

- Monitor health: Check vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse regularly.
- Give medicine: Administer oral drugs, injections, and IV infusions as ordered by doctors.
- Support daily needs: Help patients with hygiene, feeding, and moving safely around the room.
- Provide comfort: Assess and manage patient pain, offering emotional support to patients and families.

Clinical and Technical Tasks

- Assist physicians: Help doctors during physical exams, tests, and medical procedures.
- Collect samples: Gather lab specimens like blood or urine and label them safely.
- Wound care: Change dressings, clean wounds, and manage catheters or oxygen therapy.

Ward Management and Records

- Update charts: Record treatment notes, medical histories, and intake-output data accurately.
- Manage shifts: Hand over and take charge cleanly during shift changes.
- Maintain supplies: Check inventory, track medication expiration dates, and keep treatment areas clean.
- ICU and Emergency staff nurse duties
- Operation Theater responsibilities

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
