Job Description:
CareerBoard is a recruitment firm based in Kochi, working with multiple IT companies across Infopark Kochi and Technopark Thiruvananthapuram. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves supporting client hiring requirements by sourcing and screening suitable candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and evaluate IT and software professionals for technical hiring requirements.
- Analyze technical job requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews to assess technical and communication skills.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing and hiring effectiveness..

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.




- Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.

Qualification:

- MBA in HR or any Postgraduate (PG) degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with an interest in HR and Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and basic computer skills are preferred.
