At The Yellow Whale, we’re looking for a strategy-driven and creative Social Media Manager to lead digital presence. You will own our social media strategy across key platforms—with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn to build visual authority, drive B2B engagement, and establish thought leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution

- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- LinkedIn Focus: Spearhead thought-leadership content, company updates, employee advocacy, and B2B engagement to build robust industry presence.
- Plan, organize, and maintain a robust monthly content calendar.

Content Creation & Copywriting

- Write compelling, platform-native copy ranging from short-form captions to long-form LinkedIn posts/articles.
- Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce visual assets (carousels, reels, videos, infographics).

Community Management & Analytics

- Actively engage with followers, industry peers,



and key stakeholders to build an active community.
- Track key metrics (impressions, CTR, engagement, follower growth) and deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging industry practices.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven Track Record: 1–3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, with demonstrable growth on LinkedIn.
- Copywriting Mastery: Ability to adapt tone of voice seamlessly—from professional and insightful on LinkedIn to trendy and dynamic on Instagram.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using analytics tools (built-in platform insights, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) to optimize strategies.
- Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with tools like Canva or Photoshop for quick visual edits or carousel formatting is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
