Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical and non technical recruitment. They will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various departments within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation,



and selection criteria.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and coordinating background screenings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
