Digital Balika is looking for a motivated Outreach & Partnerships Volunteer to help us build meaningful relationships with colleges, student organizations, nonprofits, and industry professionals. This volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, and creating opportunities that expand the reach and impact of our community.

As an early-stage initiative, Digital Balika is building its founding volunteer team. Success in this role means helping establish valuable partnerships that connect more women to learning opportunities, workshops, and community programmes.

Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential partner organizations, colleges, and student communities.
- Reach out to colleges, student clubs, nonprofits, and professionals via email and LinkedIn.
- Support the development of partnerships for workshops, webinars, and community initiatives.
- Maintain a simple tracker of outreach activities and partnership conversations.
- Coordinate with the Founder and volunteer team to plan team-oriented initiatives.
- Represent Digital Balika professionally in external communications.
- Contribute ideas to help expand the Digital Balika community.

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognised college or university in India.
- This volunteer opportunity is intended for women,



in line with Digital Balika's mission of empowering women through technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and Google Workspace tools.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Interest in community building, education, social impact, or technology.
- Previous experience in student leadership, outreach, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
