HR & Admin Executive (Fresher) | Front Office

Location: Hinjawadi Phase II, Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a smart, sincere, and passionate Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate who is interested in building a long-term career in HR, Administration, and Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist in HR and administrative activities
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle front office operations and visitors
- Support employee engagement and office administration
- Perform other HR/Admin tasks as assigned

Eligibility

- Freshers only
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
