Role Summary:

The Placement Coordinator / Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for our students. Acting as a bridge between students, trainers, and recruiting companies, this role ensures successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate campus recruitment and placement activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HRs, and recruitment partners

Identify job opportunities aligned with students’ skills and course completion

Schedule interviews, placement drives, and company visits

Share student profiles, resumes,



and placement data with employers

Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness

Track student eligibility, attendance, and placement status

Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and documentation

Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for student readiness

Collect feedback from recruiters and placed candidates

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent coordination and organizational abilities

Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes

Result-oriented with the ability to work independently
