Location: Bhopal/Delhi (Travel Required)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years (Skill Development Sector Mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM/Mass Communication/Management preferred)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000+ per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Summary

E-Herex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – Public Relations (PR) to strengthen and manage relationships with Government Departments, Project Authorities, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Skill Development sector and possess excellent communication, coordination, and government liaison skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Government Departments and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities.
- Coordinate project approvals, compliance, and official communications.
- Represent the organization in government meetings, inspections, and review sessions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on departmental communications and project deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of government-funded projects.




- Maintain official documentation, reports, and records related to government interactions.
- Support senior management in stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.
- Ensure financial and project-related information is communicated accurately and aligns with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain the organization's professional image with government departments and external stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Skill Development Sector.
- Proven experience in Government Liaison, Public Relations, or Stakeholder Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, Government Departments, or similar projects will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and official documentation.
- Willing to travel as per project requirements.
