Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing fresh, hygienic, and high-quality North Indian meals for a private household, ensuring excellent taste, nutrition, and kitchen hygiene while catering to the family's preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare daily North Indian breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
- Cook vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per the family's preferences
- Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and proper kitchen sanitation
- Purchase or coordinate the procurement of groceries and kitchen essentials (if required)
- Store food items properly and minimize food wastage
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Accommodate dietary requirements and special meal requests
- Manage kitchen inventory and maintain stock of essential ingredients

Skills Required:

- Excellent knowledge of North Indian cuisine
- Strong cooking, presentation,



and food preparation skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility to prepare meals as per family preferences

Qualification & Experience:

- Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management is an added advantage
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Cook, Home Chef, or Cook in a household, hotel, or restaurant

Preferred Experience:

- Experience preparing authentic North Indian cuisine in private residences, villas, guest houses, or luxury homes
- Ability to prepare healthy, customized, and occasional festive meals

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
