We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.




- Coordinate induction programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and reporting.
- Perform other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
