Job Description – Video Editor & Videographer (Expert)

A2Z Interiors is looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor & Videographer who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver premium-quality visual content. We are seeking an expert who has a strong command of professional video editing, cinematography, and graphic design for social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally shoot interior design, renovation, and commercial project videos.
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form videos, promotional videos, client testimonials, advertisements, and brand films.
- Create cinematic walkthrough videos with professional color grading, sound design, transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Design eye-catching marketing creatives including social media posts, promotional banners, thumbnails, brochures, posters, and advertising creatives.
- Produce engaging content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute content strategies.
- Maintain consistency with the company's brand identity across all visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Required Skills

- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.




- Professional skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (or Canva Pro for marketing creatives).
- Excellent understanding of cinematography, camera settings, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong experience with DSLR, Mirrorless cameras, Gimbals, and professional shooting equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of color correction, color grading, sound mixing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form content for digital platforms.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver complete video projects.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Minimum 3+ years of skilled experience in video production and editing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic videos, reels, advertisements, and graphic design work is mandatory.
- Prior experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Construction industry will be an added advantage.

What We Expect

We are looking for a passionate creative professional who can take complete ownership of content production—from planning and shooting to editing and graphic design. The ideal candidate should consistently deliver premium-quality visuals that strengthen our brand and generate engagement across all digital platforms.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
