We are hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage schedules efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch operations.
- Schedule and assign drivers/routes.
- Monitor deliveries and provide status updates.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous dispatch or logistics experience is an asset but not required.
