Job Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with experience in the façade

industry to oversee on-site execution and coordination of façade installation projects. The ideal

candidate will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design

specifications and quality standards. You will act as the key liaison between project teams,

contractors and clients, ensuring timely progress and problem resolution at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

● Read AutoCAD and 3D files to communicate design intent and prepare façade design

documentation.

● Provide detailed engineering calculations and façade structural analysis, along with

advice and reporting based on actual site conditions.

● Take detailed measurements of constructed façades, noting any level differences,

and prepare quality reports for design and construction stages.





● Climb scaffolding safely using proper safety equipment for site inspections.

● Provide practical advice to clients on buildability and façade construction processes.

● Coordinate with main contractors and their specialist subcontractors.

● Review and advise on technical submittals from contractors.

● Undertake site visits during construction to ensure work is executed according to

approved design and specifications; prepare reports summarizing observations and

findings.

● Provide façade advisory support for refurbishment projects.

● Take proper download from designers and submit regular site reports with the team to

ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

● 1.5–6 years of experience in a similar role (facade, glazing, aluminum doors/windows).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
