Junior HR Executive – Recruitment ( 0.6 to 1.5 Years Experience ) – Ahmedabad (Onsite)

We are hiring at Moon Technolabs for Junior HR Executive – Recruitment a to join our team in Sola, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the hiring process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Experience using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an added advantage.

Experience

- 0.6 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interview coordination is preferred.
