Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Balaghat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards interacting with parents and prospective customers. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain the company's courses, programs, and services to parents and students.
- Understand customer requirements and answer their queries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule counselling sessions for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic spoken English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Telecalling or customer service experience.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.

Working Hours

- Full-Time
- Six-day work week
- Weekly off as per company policy
