Key Responsibilities

 Manage post-sales franchise onboarding and coordination processes.

 Act as a bridge between franchise partners and internal departments.

 Coordinate with architecture, operations, training, and sales teams for smooth franchise execution.

 Ensure timely sharing of layouts, approvals, branding requirements, and project updates.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with franchise partners regarding setup progress.

 Resolve franchise queries and provide operational support whenever required.

 Track project timelines and ensure coordination for center launch activities.

 Prepare reports, maintain records, and update management on franchise progress.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.

Required Skills





 Strong coordination and communication skills.

 Valuable understanding of franchise operations and post-sales processes.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

 Problem-solving and relationship management abilities.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
