Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans aligned with hospital objectives, identifying trends and target audiences.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee website, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online presence.
- Content Creation: Manage production of brochures, newsletters, videos, and press releases, working with medical teams.
- Public Relations & Community: Handle media relations, organize events, and lead community outreach to build brand image.
- Budget & Analytics: Prepare budgets, track ROI, analyze campaign performance, and report on outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, administrators, and other departments for cohesive messaging.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing adheres to healthcare regulations and standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven background in healthcare or hospital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Digital Marketing (SEO/SEM, Social Media), Google Analytics, Project Management.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal,



and leadership skills.
