Role:

Sourcing of Engineering Materials, SS pipes, plates, instruments, compressors

Job Responsibilities:

- Source search, identification and selection
- RFP, RFQ, Quote, quote comparison and evaluation
- Price negotiation
- Contracts with vendors/ external providers
- New product development with vendor
- Vendor Risk management
- Procurement planning and schedules to vendors
- Delivery tracking: Plan vs actual
- Timely servicing of customer requirements
- Adherence to SOPs and guidelines

Education & Experience





- Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical having equivalent technical manufacturing environment with 2-5 yrs of experience
- Preferred Industry background – EPC company in Process Field
- Leadership ability and preferably experience

Knowledge/Skills

- Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
- Ability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal functional groups (as necessary)
- Positive communication skills, sensible
- Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain engineering operations and best practices
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
