Role Description

We are seeking accomplished and passionate legal academicians for the positions of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor in the School of Law. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching, academic leadership, research orientation, and experiential legal education.

The role demands a dynamic educator capable of delivering high-quality legal instruction, fostering critical thinking, and contributing to the academic and professional development of students through innovative teaching methodologies and institutional initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.)
- UGC NET Qualified and/or PhD in Law

Key Responsibilities

Academic Teaching & Learning

- Deliver engaging, interactive, and outcome-driven lectures across various law subjects
- Simplify and explain complex legal concepts with practical and contemporary relevance
- Integrate case laws, legal analysis, and practical illustrations into classroom teaching
- Encourage critical thinking, legal reasoning, and participative learning among students
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, tutorials, and academic discussions for enhanced learning outcomes

Experiential & Co-Curricular Learning

- Plan, coordinate, and execute experiential learning activities such as:
- Moot Court Competitions
- Mock Trials
- Client Counselling Competitions
- Legal Aid & Advocacy Activities
- Faculty Development Programs (FDPs)
- Seminars, Conferences, and Guest Lectures
- Promote practical exposure and industry-academia engagement for students

Research & Academic Contribution





- Contribute to curriculum development and academic innovation
- Encourage legal research, publications, and scholarly activities
- Mentor students in academic projects, competitions, and research initiatives

Technical Responsibilities

- Maintain academic documentation, reports, and institutional records
- Effectively use digital tools and academic systems including:
- MS Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- ERP Systems
- Online Learning Platforms

Experience Requirements

Assistant Professor

- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputed academic institution

Associate Professor

- Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in legal education

Professor

- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with proven academic and administrative contributions

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
