Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, proposals, and sales reports
Coordinate sales orders, including order entry, order confirmation, and order follow-up
Communicate with customers to provide product information, pricing, and delivery information
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, shipping, and accounting, to ensure timely delivery of products and payment processing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales orders, and Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
