Key Responsibilities

- Manage the CMD's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Make 50+ follow-up phone calls daily with, suppliers, employees, and business partners.
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion through continuous follow-ups.
- Coordinate with all departments to collect updates and ensure smooth execution of business activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and circulate action points.
- Maintain daily task trackers and provide regular status updates to the CMD.
- Screen incoming calls and prioritize communication based on urgency.




- Organize and maintain documents, files, and business records.
- ·Support the CMD in project coordination and special assignments.
- Ensure deadlines are monitored and commitments are fulfilled.
- Assist with basic administrative work whenever required.

Skills & Requirements:

- B. Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
