Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms and be passionate about generating high-quality leads while optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Other advertising platforms as required
- Generate quality leads while maintaining the target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, creatives, and placements.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Perform A/B testing for advertisements, landing pages, and target audiences.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is an added advantage.
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
